Young Westminster Foundation brings together local businesses, partners and funders, including Westminster City Council, to pool their resources and increase long term funding benefiting children and young people in Westminster

Many of our grant opportunities are restricted to our Members. We have supported grassroots community funding through our Helping Hands grants and our latest opportunity is for social impact grants for young people.

YWF Funding

Brighter Futures Fund

The Westminster Brighter Futures Fund was established in 2019 in partnership with Westminster City Council and has since grown to a grants pot of over £300,000 with contributions from a range of local funders. The next round of Brighter Futures will go live in autumn 2026

Small Grants Fund

YWF members can apply for a grant of up to £8,000 to help with core costs.

The Youth Empowerment Fund is a partnership project with St Giles and St George. Young people can apply for small grants of £500 to deliver social impact projects in Westminster.
