As part of Children’s Mental Health Week, the Lord Mayor of Westminster hosted a reception for Young Westminster Foundation on 8 February 2019. As part of the reception, YWF launched our new film which was put together by Amando Costa. He is a YWF Young Ambassador who is an aspiring filmmaker. The short film documented some of the views that young people have on mental health. Please view the video here. There were speeches from the Lord Mayor, Phil Barron (CEO Of YWF), Rashma Rahman (YWF Young Ambassador) and Councillor Heather Acton. The speeches were followed by a networking lunch, concluding a wonderful event with special thanks to all who took part.
