Marketing and Communications Manager

£29k per annum, Full Time across 2 charities (0.4 FTE at YWF and 0.6 at YHFF)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join the recently formed foundations as a Marketing and Communications Manager. A varied role, you will be helping create an innovative new organisation and make a real difference to young people’s lives.

We are place based charities who lead the children and young people sector in our boroughs. We support and grow opportunities for young people through our network of local member organisations. We encourage networks, leverage funds and locate spaces for our members to deliver services. Our members identify needs for capacity building support. We work with a diverse range of partners across different sectors to affect positive change for young people locally.

As membership organisations, the Marketing and Communications Manager will help communicate to our membership base and wider stakeholders.  You will have excellent up-to-date knowledge and capability of developing and implementing communications, digital and social media strategies.  You will also have a good understanding of the corporate world and insight into developing strong partnerships between the charities and local corporate partners which can leverage investment.

We are seeking a passionate and creative individual who can work flexibly across two distinct but partner charities.
