We are conducting our first ever annual members survey and we need your help!
At YWF, our members are crucial to our work. We cannot do what we do without our ongoing collaboration and your continued support. For this reason, we have launched our first ever annual members survey, which is aimed at garnering responses from all of our members. This survey will be vital to helping us understand the ways in which we can tailor and enhance the support that we offer. We want to know how satisfied you are with our services, and we need your participation to help us pinpoint our best practices, alongside areas where we need to improve. We are committed to running this survey every year to ensure that we stay updated with the latest feedback and continue to evolve our services.
We will use your feedback to develop and refine the services we offer to you. Your input will allow us to do this in ways that can benefit you, us and the wider YWF community. We hope this survey starts a conversation and we want to use it to formulate our future action plan.
The survey should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete, and your answers will remain anonymous and confidential. You can access the survey here, and it is also live across our social media platforms and our website. We hope to receive a diverse array of responses, so we encourage members from a range of roles to take part. This means more than one person from member organisations can complete the survey.
